How to Write a Recipe for a Cookbook

Jason Hot: I've come out of that with a new respect for cookbook authors because it is, turns out, it's a lot of work to write these recipes. Do you have any particular spicy hot takes that you either want to revisit or that you are that you have that are a favorite of yours or anything? Oh, that's a great question. Like that you'd like to echo in everyone's brains and just freaking and blazing on their gray matter. But do you have any, by the way, I didn't prompt this. So if you don't, that's fine.
