Using a Game Sensitivity Approach in Coaching
Coaching is an anthropological and ethnographical discipline. It's a posh way of saying, get to know your players. Some respond in different ways to different things. An somewhat need o arm round the shoulder. Depend on which level dit you worke in tat obviously. But ye absolute othin couldn't agree. So we're starting this journey with an open mind, and we're being people detectives. And we understand that people learn through interpretation, through experience, through context.
