If russia were seen as doing it for cynical reasons, then i think the united states, aran other states wouldn't really abide by that decision. I mean, you know, american sanctions wavers aren't subject to russian u n Security council approval. A aranian nuclear activities is a matter, is a sovereign matter. And thayan, they can make whatever steps they want to make on their nuclear programme. If if aran goes to china and says, what do you think we should do? What will china say? I think that's a question we don't know t this whole situation raises a lot of questions for china.
