The Plum Line in Amos 7
Amos 7 uses the word Jacob versus Israel. He's speaking to the nation of Israel, named after Jacob himself,. whose name was changed to Israel. The plum line stood out to me as a middle schooler. I remember maybe being taught about the plum line in the context of Scripture. And that was new to me then, but I haven't given a lot of thought in a while.
