How to Pay for a Telegram
In the day, all communication used to happen by telegram. So one of these guys failed in that subject and he got 23 marks,. And he everyone told him, apply for evaluation. He paid a little fee, and youve fill in, ou fillout of farm, and it goes to the thing. You have to also attach what was known as a reply pay telegram. It turned out that even the 23 marks that he got was a high number, came as like his revalued result was 19 marks. The vice chancellor of my saw university has to tell him is hily asgoe never recovered from the shock.
