How to Get Not Triggered
The best way to get to this place where Sarah's talking about her feelings and I'm doing like active listening and empathizing with her, what she must have been going through is to do what Sarah said earlier. If you are triggered or if both of you are triggered, you should have a plan of what you're going to do to get not triggered. Nobody wants to respond from the triggered place. And so we want to regulate in a healthy way.
