The Story of Operation Grouse
Four members of Operation Grouse had survived in the wilderness for four months. A new mission was imminent, codenamed Operation GunnaSide. In Scotland, six Norwegians were trained by SOE in explosive sabotage and hand-to-hand combat. The plan was for them to drop in to Norway, connect with the members of OperationGrouse. And together, these men would break into the plant and destroy it.
