Psalm 89 and 132 - Is That a Fair Summary?

In Psalm 89, the first half plays up God's promise. The second half is a sustained accusation and really some of the sharpest language I think ever weaponized in the Bible against God. There's even some record of medieval Jewish rabbis who would not pray Psalm 89 because they found it blasphemous. It does come real close to saying that God has suspended the covenant and God has thrown down the king.
