The Dialectical Relationship Between Transness and Medical Transition

The arrival of medical transition is just like, you know, a threshold that is crossed that you can never go back to. And so for trans people who came into their understandings of themselves before there was such a thing as medical transition, yeah, a lot of them were like, whatever, I don't care. For me, it's transition or death, and I will defend it to my death.
