What Are Felony Littering Charges?

We're doing two interviews, which is going to split over two different episodes. What we're talking about is a case in Ashken North Carolina, where a group of people doing mutual aid work with and how people have been charged with felony littering. Sarah will explain a little bit of the process that led up to those felony littering charges. Maniba is one of the lawyers at the ACLU and she will explain alittle bit of the legal background to the case. So we'll have two separate episodes, but we actually recorded them in a different order.
