The LVRs and the Service Ability Challenge
First time buyers, or a few more can get in now with reduced deposit. Deposit when interest rates were two and a half percent that was getting into positive was the big thing. Now it's almost moved on a bit to be that service ability thing. It certainly seems to be the reserve banks opinion that some credit worthy borrow was sort of missing out because of deposit size. So let's help them out, bring them in.
