The Bolsheviks Are Going to Explode the War's Unpopularity

In 19 17, a mutiny in the petrograd military garrison drove czar to abdicate. The new government was led by a guy named alexander kerensky. They insist on continuing the war while this is practically handing things to the bolshev. And that leaves the bolsheviks able to exploit the war's unpopularity. But they don't actually intend to make good on those promises.
