Is America Lacking a Secure Food Culture?
He thinks that we lack a secure enough food culture, and so we are especially susceptible to fads like dieting. He means it in terms of like, a stable culture. I apparently in french culture you don't ever really eat alone. M you don't typically go back for seconds. It's very like drawn out. A meal takes a while. And you're like, you know, it takes longer, and it's like an affair,. You know, like it's a whole a to do.
