The Importance of Peer Review in the Anthology Process

I want to build a culture where people are actually reading each other engaging with each other. The aim of the peer review process is really to create a communal project Where you're included in it and not only are you included in it, but hopefully there's an internal references as well. I think for people who really want to dive deeply into what I would call the emerging philosophy portal discourse that could potentially raise the discourse higher.
