The Importance of Trust in IT

It's important to say that we are absolutely not underestimating the importance of what you might call the BAU start because it's all built on that sort of foundation, isn't it? So for the business to trust IT to come and talk to them and be prepared to listen to them. If your key systems are falling over twice a week, you're not even going to be invited. You can't do it unless you've done all the engineering stuff, unless that's really effective. And I guess this is where kind of elegant solutions come in where it's just a simple thing that does most of it. Yeah. It sounds like a mouth collaboration being a big advocate of any form
