I hear this all the time, like my portfolio is not done enough to send cold emails or to run an ad campaign. Caroline would advise against that because I have seen a lot of freelancers fall into that trap where a year later they're still saying well my portfolio is just not quite quite right and sounds like maybe Chelsea has seen that as well. For me converting clients on a portfolio is way more about the copywriting about the value proposition about understanding the client showing that you understand the client than it is about the actual projects and work that they review.
