OKRs: A Non-Silode of Structure

We're a company of about 100 people so we're not large by any stretch of the imagination but we do have departments, they do still have some silo mentality. Seeing the OKRs squads break that and seeing that we are already on our milestones towards our annual strategy is lovely to see actually. I wonder what the tipping point is if there's a certain number of people where silos become more of a risk than they were before you reach that threshold. Yeah, it has to be paid back from your retirement invested.Yeah, it really is. So we were fairly impressed with There Be Giants first proposal but also the way that they set us up from a top's down but also a
