The Problem With Anti-Matter in the Universe
The universe seems to have some preference for matter over anti-matter. The big question is, why does it exist at all? It turns out that anti-matter resolves those conflicts and lets us bring special relativity and quantum mechanics together into one theory. Without anti-matter, our basic theories of physics don't work very well together.
