Strength Training and Steady Growth Plates

The myth that strength training with stunt growth and have an effect on what's commonly referred to as growth plates has been dispelled. When we do structurally loaded resistance training sort of mean by that is things like squats or deadlifts where we're loading the skeletal system against gravity we see positive changes in bone mineral density even in younger age groups. That when you come out of that growth spurt around sort of mid adolescence your whole kind of physiological structure is that a little bit stronger compared to if you haven't done it.
