Should I Clean My List or Not?
One out of every 1000 subscribers complaining is when you start to worry. If it's getting more than that, then there's a red flag. You want to reduce the amount of complaints you're getting. A big one that a lot of people don't pay attention to is people leaving your messages unread for a lot of consecutive messages. That starts to be a really big negative signal to mailbox providers. Your reputation drop pretty suddenly and your email starts to go to spam pretty suddenly if you aren't cleaning your list regularly.
