The Biggest Failure in My Career

I feel like every day is just full of little tiny ones. It's really hard to sort of put your finger on one. I could sense that this was going to be a challenge, but I guess I didn't have the courage to speak up. One thing that I've definitely learned out of that experience is that you have to pay attention to your gut.
