How to Get a High Flow Nasal Canulet on a Brocoscope

This can essentially mimic a high plo nasal canulet. It will cause some discomfort or distress if the patient is awake. And we are not recommending that this be used as a replacement for high plonesal cenula. But i feel like this can be super helpful in a patient where you're doing a brocoscope and suddenly the patients just desatting, and their sats falling and falling.
