Vitamins to a bodybuilder are probably like, like I'm worried I'm wasting my time in the gym. If I'm not feeding my body the right nutrients and vitamins that are maximizing the time I'm spending in the gym to reach my goals, like that's painful. And if you tell someone that, you know, you're going to die with it, this thing, then they are going to want your advice because it's a pain killer for them. That makes sense along with the market segment perspective.
Vitamin and painkiller products are a classic analogy used in SAAS circles. Which type of business would you prefer to operate? Why? And perhaps the larger question, are these actually useful ways to describe a business?
