The Therapeutic Value of Grief and PTSD

Theater of war is an organization that performs Greek tragedies with people who are in prison or have been to war and have PTSD. The idea that the pain kind of speaks even, even reverberating today has something to say to us, I think. And so his theory is that those stories that shared grief can be a sort of therapeutic, have a therapeutic value.
