How to Deal With Stress and Burn Out?

Three out of four employees said that they experienced burn out from work at least sometime. Burnout itself is, i mean, there's the work load, but it's not always about the work load. If i feel like those work are meaningful and they're adding value to somebody, or it's meaningful to me, then how i feel about that is less burning me out. Whereas if i feel like i'm doing a lot of work, that's just a whold out of nothing.
