What Do You Think About Both Side-Arism?

Both sides-arism or both sides is which ever when it is has been a big part of the national discussion in the Trump years, but is absolutely not new. I think of it as, I guess it's another term for kind of false balance, this idea that everything that someone says that might be controversial needs to be balanced out by some other side. It forces journalists to consider two sides when there's only one side, like is Donald Trump racist? Yeah, that's a good one.
