Cross-Wasm Support for SQLite

There are a couple different ways that you can use like an external kind of piece of code in Exism. One would be to somehow like compile it into your Exism plugin. Another way would be something that we call host functions, which allows you to provide references to functions in your host language to the plugin. There's a cool tool called WASM merge, which does take two modules and put them together. It's definitely possible. But there's a lot of surface area between your first code base or compiling to WebAssembly.
