Can Time Travel Stories Offer Us an Escape?

Ron Mallet is a professor of marriages of physics at the University of Connecticut. When he was ten years old Ron's father died of a heart attack and not long after that he came across one of the classic time travel stories. He thought if we can move backward in time then maybe if I had a time machine I could go back to the past and see him again and tell him what was going to happen and maybe save his life. So that became a bit of an obsession for me to try to do that.
