Is it fair that just because you choose to live in a less crowded environment that your health carriase dramatically different? That's a very tricky question. It has political impliations. But there is certainly, if you look t the geographical spread of rural communities in canada and link it to ethnicities and first nations, there's definitely a bias. Places that have people who are not of the majority population, who are not white canadians, they have less access to health care.
