How to Make Places Safer for Women
In places like Egypt and Saudi Arabia, women have qualifications but don't catch life on them. They can't take up a job or get the job; they can't drive to the job. So I'm not saying that it's necessarily an insurmountable obstacle. But we need to make places safer for women and reduce parental concerns. And there are a range of ways in which that could happen.
