Rogers v. Cremaldi
The Rogers-Vigromaldi test is all about the use of a celebrity name in an expressive work. Judge Raycoff said on a motion to dismiss, brought by the defendants, that he thought Rogers v. Cremaldi applied here. I think there's a big question mark about that. The Supreme Court could one option for them is say, hey, you know, there is no such thing as Rogers test. And we'll just have to see how that plays out.
