We need to provide students with more autonomy andd when we allow creativity and curiosity, that is the basis of autonomy. And i think bill van patten talks about that, talk to your students, or with your students, instead of talking at them. Let's not be so quick to dismissing each other. We all consume professional development differently. Find what works for you to be informed. By being informed, you're going to feel more secure when you engage in discussions with colleagues. So be informed related to that. Probably the second point is to go back to full picture, not just jumpinto conclusions based on one study. You can find research to justify just about everything you want to justify
