The Aggressive Lawsuit in AT&T Time Warner
There's a real whiff in this case to me of the AT&T time Warner challenge, which included this super weak claim that there'd be an incentive to withhold HBO. The logic of purchasing Activision and then withholding call of duty seems questionable, especially given the deals that Microsoft is offering. So there's a lot of little signs here that I seem to me that this is an incredibly aggressive lawsuit.
