The Omer of the Wave Offering
The Omer is the name for the period between Passover and Shavuot. It's a period of 49 days which are seven weeks and then the 50th day is ShavuOT. The Torah kicks off this count with the first ceremonial harvest of barley during Passover. So one week, one Shavuah, many weeks, many Shavuatov.
