Strategy Skills is helping a power company, Empire International figure out how they should change their business. In the core business we have to look at where we have existing skills and what capacity do we need? We may sell non-core assets or merge them into another part of the business. The study doesn't know if Empire Energy are going to be building power stations yet because our work will push them into that area. But it does give you an idea of all the ways we can track tracking capital for future growth.
