The Problems With Terms of Service
There's not just a few of them that have really significant internal contradictions within the terms of service as to definitions, the rights of parties and what customers should be able to rely on. So we haven't really seen many bankruptcies of stablecoin issues. But even if let's say the court can determine the type of rights that customers have, it doesn't necessarily mean that their rights are protected If we look at what happened or most likely happened in the case of FTX - those assets are long gone most likely.
