It is instantly making mega stars out of actors who i would imagine the majority of american t v fans have never encountered before episode six. There are tropes at work in squid game that are common in k t v, that we are not familiar with. But i'll say that it just seems to be doing something that appears impossible,. Not just uniting the globe, but actually re defining what television can do storywise.
