The Federal Arbitration Act (Faa) Was Enacted in 1925

The arbitration system was set up originally so that businesses of equal size could settle disputes with each other. It was never intended to be imposed vi a standard form contract, and in fact, if you read the legislative history, it accepts and exempts employees. Even an innocuous emal fom h r can include a forced arbitration clause. That was not what the 19 25 congress intended. They should be rolling in there in their graves. this is not what they intended. This is what is supreme court intent on protecting corporations intended, beginning in the 19 nineties.
