The Abeka Math Curriculum Is a Spiral Approach

There are a couple of philosophies into which most math curricula are segmented. The spiral approach is we're going to introduce a new concept and do some practice problems, then go on to something else. I'm more attracted to the concept of the spiral methodology because it fits with my concept of math as a language. Introduce something new, learn it, drill it, use it, and don't stop using it.
