Is This Going to Be the Sweeping Change in an Agency Power?
On a scale of disastrous to not that bad, where do you think this decision sits in terms of impact? I would say bad to pretty bad. It's definitly not the worst for e p a, because it has that flexibility still to look at other solutions. So that makes it less bad than it could be. Ah, it seems more narrowly focused to e p a. One of the major concerns here was that this was going to undermine agency authority more broadly.
