We enjoy our life becomes more meaningful when we reminisce on it. savoring is actually a skill we can get better at. What I love about savoring too is it is almost it's permissiveness to be present and yet that savor things that live outside of the present moment. We all have stressful moments in our life. And if you went back through time and removed every single stressful moment from your life, you would eliminate pretty much all of the meaning from your life as well. It changes so much that I think it's impossible to measure overall.
