Photography is not torture, but the physical side of it. You simply need to work until it becomes easier for you and then you can really start to express what you want. And i've found at i do take a lot of photographs, because there they're very useful things to have when you get back to the studio. I believe if you want to understand a landscape, you need to look at it. If you want to reproduce it, then you need to record it in some form that can allow you to fall back on the details that you simply can't capture with your memory.
