The Higher Public: A Prequel to Phase One
The entire multimedia project was announced in three phases. The first one being complete the second one ending this year and the third one starting this fall and ending next year, leading up into the live action Disney Plus show called the Accolite. This game features flashback events to somewhere in that time period. But I can confirm it is set somewhere between phases one and three, ignoring the events of two because that is a, it's kind of weirdly numbered that way.
