New Evacuation Orders Issued in California as Severe Storms Threaten Millions
At least two people have died as a result of the ongoing storm inundating California right now. Nearly 10,000 residents are under evacuation orders as flooding begins to intensify. Some 25 million are under flood warnings. The Kern River usually runs at about six feet. It's up over 17. Snow is the issue up at altitude.
