Today, I am blessed to have here with me Josephine Barbarino. She is the founder and CEO of the Keto Live Project, a project with a mission to spread legitimate information and data about Ketogenic Metabolic Therapies as a powerful medical tool for the prevention and treatment of different diseases.
Josephine is a successful architect, traveling around building various infrastructures. But suddenly, her world turned upside down as she noticed the numerous medication she took. This is the start where Josephine fears death, so she reaches out to google to find answers. Luckily, she found her answer from a famous diet doctor, and the solution she found was a ketogenic diet.
Since then, Josephine was able to put her type two diabetes into remission within three months. Within half a year, all her numerous medications were gone. - The organization is called European Keto Life Center, but it is now an International Association for ketogenic metabolic therapies, reaching places like Africa, Mexico, and Australia.

- More studies are not needed, but better and long-term studies are required. Thus, the idea to build a center not only for education but also for inpatients was born.
- This is a center where medical students, postgraduate students, dieticians or nurses can come. But at the same time, patients are educated.
