I've been really immersed in Pilates for the last couple years and Pilates is such a cool system of exercise that addresses a lot of what we're talking about so if like somebody really was listening to this podcast and I'm like I have no idea how to do those exercises I mean one thing could be to find a really great Pilates studio in your area and have them work with you on your shoulder blade stabilization and mechanics.
