I don't know to what extent those can transfer over into real world behavior I wonder if I've never used one but like we talked about earlier one of those background applications on your computer. Maybe map out your to-do list first and then slowly just add add it on adding it on and then go back and look at the data to see okay maybe you know you were good up until this point like the fifth tab broke you oh yeah I'm always in favor of people self experimenting and trying to understand their own patterns of behavior absolutely.
