What's Your Organizational Structure and Titles?
We operate in an environment where a lot of people care about titles and I think that Zappos had a unique opportunity to hire in a place that didn't really have deep rooted culture of titles. When you bring in people from Salesforce and LinkedIn and companies in the valley, they expect to have titles. We're trying not to create inflation of titles but honestly, I do understand that in some point of time, this is what Salesforce did in O506,. You have to create more layers because people want to see growth.
