Hegel's Predictiv Value
It's not about being able to predict what happenes in the future, it's whether, in principle, it can be predicted. I don't know that hegel thinks his predictiv value, because hegel only comes along at the right history moment. His insights are a product also of his time, sure of a uncertain development in self consciousness. But this is not to be understood as if the subjective will of the social unit is attained, attains gratification and enjoyment through the common will,. That's why it doesn't like democracy, right?
