I Think the Senate Did a Pretty Good Job in Striking to Bales

I think we were pretty happy with the balance they struck. The senate was originally more prescriptive, prescriptive about the areas of technology. It got scaled back more to some of the society challenges in the the end. But i will say that this whole process is going to be a forcing fact, it is going to force people to change. I think there will be money. There will be serious money. Will it be enough to em effect the change necessary?
